Tool Holder

Here is a good way to keep tools near at hand. This workstation uses two Monitor Arm Kits to hold an assortment of tools. The monitor arm kits are hinged at two places plus the base plate can rotate allowing for easy positioning in or out of the assembler's way. Bosch swivel arm and pivot joints can also be used to hold control boxes and flat panel monitors.

Adjustable Height Fixture

The entire frame is made to fold down for easy transport and shipping. It is built using 30x30 profiles and has a unique adjustable height locking mechanism. It can be lifted-lowered and locked easily into position using the toggle clamps connected into Delrin slide bearings and locking t-blocks.

Quick Clamp Fixture

The purpose of this frame is to hold work in progress for secondary operations. The adjustable clamps can be quickly positioned and secured to the work. The frame was built using 45x45 profiles that roll on heavy duty locking caster wheels.

Moveable Monitor

A monitor needed to be mounted near the machine for easy viewing by the operator. The t-slot framing made it easy to build an adjustable height stand that can be pivoted and locked into position. 45x45 profiles were connected to a multi angle connector with locking handle.
