SS Top Work Stations These two tables are custom designed to suit the customer's particular needs. Both tables have stainless steel tops for durability and locking caster wheels for mobility. The tables are constructed from 45x45 profiles, corner cubes and connection screws. |

Calibration Stand This custom stand has an aluminum top with special provisions for mounting the customer's test equipment. There is a monitor arm and keyboard holder on the upper left end. The lower left houses the data collection equipment that sits on aluminum shelves carried on heavy duty slides. The lower right aluminum shelves hold the PC equipment and printers. The frame is made from 45x45 profiles and connection screws. |

Calibration Station This cell is used for setting up precision measuring equipment. The top right contains a hinged arm to hold the monitor and key board. Beneath that is an aluminum table top with special features for the test fixtures. The lower left contains aluminum shelves for holding the fixed PC equipment. The lower right contains heavy duty slides with aluminum shelves for easy access to the data collection instruments. The frame is built using 45x45 profiles, corner cubes and connection screws. |

Ergo Work Bench This table (30" x 72") has a durable stainless steel top attached to a wood core for added rigidity. The upper towers hold sloped shelves that have a retention lip for holding parts bins in place. |

Special Use Work Cell Technology is an important part of most assembly stations. This work cell has a flat panel holder on the upper left, an adjustable angle shelf for ergonomic placement of parts on the upper right, a stainless steel top with wood core, a wire access hole near the table's center, an aluminum keyboard tray on heavy duty drawer slides, and on the lower left, storage area for the computer equipment. The table is built using 45x45 profiles and can be moved easily on its swivel locking caster wheels. |

SS Top Work Station At first glance this looks like an ordinary work bench. Closer examination reveals a heavy duty stainless steel work surface, beneath it are 2 locking storage drawers and beneath that are electric lift legs on swivel locking caster wheels. The result is a robust work station that adjusts easily to the varying height of the workers. |

Test - Data Collection Station This test stand allows the operator to test two units at a time. The openings in the stainless steel work surface accommodate the customer's test fixtures. The upper left polycarbonate panel protects a flat panel monitor and the upper right polycarbonate panel protects the data collection instruments. Underneath and accessible from the back side is a panel that protects two heavy duty drawer slides that hold dead weight testers. |

Work Station The customer wanted to replace a flat top plastic cart to improve the ergonomics, space utilization and looks in their lab area. This mobile desk has an aluminum back plate angled and lipped to hold their manuals and work instructions, a holder for pens and pencils, a laminate top, a wash down spray bottle holder, hanging hooks for tape, etc, a drawer for holding their "junque" and lower pull-out slides that hold tubs and files. The workers loved the new table; the taller height meant they didn't have to lean over anymore, their storage space increased and their work area looked much better. |
