EcoShape is a new tool for your Continuous Improvement-Lean-5S tool box.

It is a tubular aluminum framing system you can use to make:

• Flow racks,
• Material handling carts and,
• other useful equipment for your production area.

EcoShape uses strong yet light-weight aluminum tubes that fasten together with simple but strong connectors. EcoShape's design requires many fewer items and that helps you reduce storage space and inventory cost.

Maybe you are familiar with other brands like Creform or LeanTek. As you may know, their tubes are vinyl coated steel and not so easy to recycle. It takes a lot of work to cut the steel tubes and debur the ends. They have a wide variety of connection items and while offering an abundance of joints, it creates many items for you to stock. They don't have a t-slot on the tube so it isn't as easy to hang attachments to it. The steel tubes might cost a little less but their connection system tends to cost more. Price wise, Creform and EcoShape systems are comparable.
