Specialized Conveyor
This manual conveyor was designed and built to fit the unique needs of a new production line.  The unit is built using Bosch Rexroth 45x45 and 45x90 profiles along with their rollers and roller profiles. Note the openings needed for receiving a robot lift arm.

Sloped Shuttle
A cart was needed to hold and move product contained in vinyl bags. The sloped shelves were needed to enable proper drainage out of the bag’s valves. This shuttle unit is built using 30x60 posts and 30x30 shelf frames. The shelves are polypropylene.
 

Flow Rack
The rack was built for a lean manufacturing area. It was designed for a specific height and has various roller widths to accommodate the customer’s parts bins. The main frame is built using 60x60 profiles, the roller profiles are 45x45 2S and they are held together using quick connectors and connection screws.

Heavy Duty Shuttle
This shuttle cart has an upper and lower section for holding different parts. Special features include the parts trays, phenolic separating shelf, cable management conduits and double handles for improved maneuverability.
