Controlled Environment Wall
A custom clean room was needed for a production area. The wall panels were made from 45x45 and 45x90 profiles and ¼ clear polycarbonate panels inserted into the 10mm t-slots. The walls support 12 overhead HEPA filters. The modular panels assembled quickly and easily on the customer's production floor.

Wall and Ceiling Clean Room
This clean room is built using Bosch Rexroth's specialized wall and ceiling profiles. The profiles are available as corner posts, intermediate wall posts or ceiling supports. Panels up to 50mm thickness can be accommodated.
