The most important consideration for a workstations is....to match the workstation to the task and to the worker.

Ergonomics play a huge role in the creation of a productive work area. You may want to consider a number of factors such as:
    Work height
    Size of grab area
    Layout of parts containers
    Working below the heart
    Fields of vision
    Light intensity appropriate for the work task
    Work equipment that is adjustable to the task
